Short biography

Jernej Albreht is a clarinettist based in London, where he graduated from Royal Academy of Music, receiving BMus (First Class Honours), MA (Distinction) and DipRAM. He also completed an Erasmus Exchange at Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique Paris.

Jernej regularly collaborates with symphony, session and West End orchestras in performances, recordings and outreach projects. He held the clarinet chair for Les Miserables: Arena Tour in 2024/2025 season.

As a chamber musician, Jernej is a member of Levanto Ensemble in which he performs together with Camilla Marchant and Emily Newman.

Jernej also founded Lammas Green Music Studio, where he provides individually tailored clarinet lessons. He is also a visiting music teacher at Alleyn’s Senior School, an independent school based in Dulwich.
